"I wanted to express my sincere thanks for your help in getting my cake topper.  I must admit, I was a bit skeptical given the fact that I had contacted two local bridal shops prior to you, both of which said there was no chance of getting this item in time for my wedding since it was only 3 weeks away.  Both of these shops told me that this item was on backorder and I would need a minimum of 6 weeks in order to receive it in time.  I don’t know how you did it, but my topper arrived yesterday (only nine days after my first contact with you) with a week and a half to spare before my big day!  It’s certainly been my pleasure working with someone who knows their business and capabilities and also has the integrity and ability to get things done as promised.

Dear Annmarie,
     As you know first-hand, planning a wedding can be a stressfull time in a
person's life.  I just want to thank you for all of your time and help.  I recently purchased a
gorgeous pair of shoes from you - that I just can't wait to wear - and asked an endless number of
questions.  You gave me your undivided attention and offered advice.  In addition to talking to
me about items at your shop, you also advised me on a florist as well as a hairstylist for my day
(being a Monday wedding I am a little desparate for a good stylist that will be open or at least
available that day!!!).  I visited the florist who was absolutely wonderful as you said she
would be and the stylist is out for 3 weeks but earned rave reviews from the receptionist - so I
will definitely be calling her back.  Thank you for making my wedding planning that much easier.  I
look forward to meeting with you again to try on jewelry with my gown and tiara.  Thanks again.
