RETURNS

Due to the delicate nature of this business the return policy is strict, in order to maintain the level of quality that all brides demand when purchasing their accessories. No returns for exchange or refund are allowed on bridal and bridesmaids' attire, bridal and wedding ceremony/reception accessories, shoes, undergarments including hosiery, shapers and bras/bustiers, sleepwear, personalized printed items, gifts, books and music, rhinestone and embroidered attire, personalized items,  apparel, tiaras, gifts, veils and jewelry and any Custom orders.  Favors are not returnable. Due to the one-use nature of wedding merchandise, these policies are strictly enforced.

Some cake tops, veils, tiaras and some specialty items are special orders and require time for production. No refunds or exchanges on these items. Once they are ordered and put into production, we  cannot make changes to your order, so please make sure that you submit it correctly.
